View a list of all Baselines

You can access all existing baselines from the left-side panel by expanding the “Baselines” section. Clicking on it will open a table view showing a list of all baselines, where you can search or apply filters to find the one you need.

When you click on a baseline, it opens in a dedicated view that looks similar to the regular Document View. To help you stay oriented, a green bar at the top clearly indicates that you're viewing a baseline—so you can easily tell it apart from the live version of your items.

View a specific Baseline

Clicking on a baseline name opens it in a document-style view that lists all the items included in that baseline—along with the exact version of each item at the time it was captured.

On the right-hand side, the baseline has its own dedicated sidebar where you can add details using custom attributes, such as a description or dropdown fields.

Freezing a Baseline

To prevent any further changes—such as renaming, adding or removing items—you can freeze a baseline by clicking the Freeze button in the top-right corner of the screen. A frozen baseline is locked for editing, preserving its state permanently.

Archiving a Baseline

When a baseline is no longer actively needed, you can archive it. This removes it from the main list view, but don’t worry—archived baselines are still searchable and can be retrieved at any time using filters.
