Trace.Space is built for working together in real time, so invite your colleagues early.
Click the gear icon at the top of the left sidebar and choose Organization settings. You land on the Members page.
Click Invite.
Type or paste the email addresses, separated by commas, and click Next.
Choose the user groups the new members should belong to and click Send invites.
Each person receives an email with a link to join. Until they accept, their row on the Members page shows Pending invite, and you can resend the invitation from the row's ... menu.
The Invite button at the bottom of the left sidebar opens the same dialog from anywhere in the app.
