Create a project structure
Create your desired structure from a new top-level item, by clicking the button with the same name.
Then, to build your project's hierarchy, add parent and child items by clicking the "+" button that appears while you hover an item. You can do this for any item in your project structure.

Using the tree, as shown above
In document view, hover in between items and click the "+" button
In document view, hover in between items and right-click the "+" button
