Go to the settings menu by pressing the cog icon in the top left corner and click on "Help & feedback". This will automatically open your email client with our prefilled support address. Or if you prefer to not look around, just drop us a line at [email protected]

Click on the purple Intercom button in the bottom-left corner, select the Message tab, and hit the "Send us a message" button. Here you will be able to chat directly with someone from Trace.Space.Live support
